Why isn't there an Eric Draven character texture for Project M?

I have been searching EVERYWHERE for an Eric Draven, as in ,"The Crow", skin for Project M. The only luck I've had, and sorry to be so brutally honest here, was an incredibly $h1tty version of Mario with no hair and a goofy looking Crow make-over. I would like to know if anyone out there would like to try it! I'd much appreciate it, and I'm sure there are others who would as well!

The PMBR were actually planing to use Eric Draven instead of Mewtwo, but do to coding limitations (they couldn't figure out how to add something so stupid) they decided to replace him with Mewtwo at the last minute.

Well that be some buuuuuuull sh*t. Somebody should seriously work on a skin hack for that. I would myself, but I have neither the knowledge, or resources to do so.
