Why is EVERY good player some kind of creep?

Seriously, I don't lose very often at all anymore (unless I'm using someone I'm not good with), but the few people that actually do win against me, I'm talking like 50% of those few, will make me wait 40 seconds or something, then leave, instead of giving me a rematch, like what the hell? Do these people do this EVERY time they win? Doesn't that get boring even for the person doing it to someone else? (Also, why can't we report / block people AFTER they are gone? While we're on the subject, where the HELL are the region filters for actually playing? We have em for downloadable miis...)

I really don't see a sense in using a character like Jigglypuff, when one, I can't practice with her against these better players, (Where my normal style will NOT work with her) and two, a decent number of them do just leave when I win...I mean what, is it more pitiful to lose repeatedly then leave after one loss where you could've learned what to do? I guess no one will know either way...but what good is that?

I'm on the 3DS if that makes a difference.

Well I'm not on the 3DS so I don't really know, but try to not think of yourself and think of the other person. Maybe, just maybe they're busy doing something else. And that's why they make you wait, they take the 40 seconds to decide and they figure they shouldn't. Or maybe their saving the replay. It could be a lot more things, than just, "They're big fat meenies." Also, they're not obligated to rematch you. If they leave, move on.

Second paragraph, some people don't like losing. Some people may not like your playstyle. Or, maybe they're busy, like a lot of people.

Your use of EVERY is a bit exaggerated. There's life outside of playing Smash as I'm sure you're aware of. Maybe they got busy and had to go or maybe they're really trying to get you aggravated, you'll never know. Just leave and go to the next match. Instead of FG try to find other ways to battle online through the forums, Smashladder, or Nintendojo.

Not EVERY good player is like that. There are plenty of players who don't leave and rematch, like me. I suppose you don't too, so not EVERY good player does that. Also, they may have other things in real life to deal with, and those things are more important than the game.

It's funny that you say that, for I'm one of those possibly rare DH players that will actively aggressively rush you down like as if I'm Captain Falcon or Yoshi or Fox. It's a shame that there aren't more DH players that try to aggressively rush down folks like me and Brood, for threads like this and this and especially this wouldn't exist. Maybe if more folks (rage)counterpicked DH with Rosalina, Sonic, or more surprisingly, Bowser Jr (check my post here for why I claim this), or if the DH player (in this case, the creator of this topic) played like me & Brood, then maybe they'd be more eager to stick around. When I aggressively rush down folks with the dog in FG Anywhere, no matter the setting, seemingly everyone sticks around, saying either nothing or GG to me for playing the way I do.

I'll usually stay if I actually enjoyed playing someone.

If I didn't I'll leave. If I actually have something to do, I'll leave. That's just the way it is.

The thing is many characters in this game are just annoying to fight...so i guess people just dont want a rematch...

Pretty much any character can be played in a nnoying way but some are just a open book...

Do you really wanna play that ZSS/Link again?
If its Rosalina i probly suicide twice then leave before the first match....

Like Jose said, not every good player are like that. There some good players that respect their opponent whether they were good or bad and, of course, they are some good players who are major arrogant mother****ers who don't give a **** about anyone except winning, which reminds me; don't they know there are far more important things in life than playing Smash all day? And speaking of more important things in life, that's basically one of the main reasons why people leave premature and there ain't nothing we can do about it. Like if had something important I gotta do, like getting ready for work, I'm sorry but I gotta go. That's the way it is in life.
