Why can't Samus

do all those turn-around specials that (AFAIK) every other character can do? Like when you're Lucas and you use PK Freeze, PK Fire, or PSI Magnet and you press the other direction immediately to make him use it in the other direction, and if done in the air, it makes it so that you start moving in the opposite direction (looks weird). Every other character I've tried this with can do it with some of their specials--the moves with which the turn-around works varies from character to character--except Samus. It's not a huge problem, but why can't she do this?

She can. Turn-around neutral B.

That's not the same thing I'm talking about. That is when you press the opposite direction before pressing B. It only works in the air, it only works with neutral B, and it doesn't change the direction of your movement.

Samus can't B-reversal because Sakurai hates her. Go figure.

there is no reason for her to be able to B-reversal. You can missile cancel turn-around, and the reverse charge shot in the air is fine. There is nothing in her special moves that need to be reversed.
