Well, if you're getting two stocked every time, you are doing something wrong.

Post replays. It's impossible to help if we don't know the problem. And just saying "I can't win" isn't a good description.

Why not?

It's not necessary to have the video be in good quality. Phone cameras are fine, it just needs to be clear enough to see what's going on.

If you've really got no way of posting videos, then describe your losses in as much detail as you can.

You've got to find some way of letting us know what's happening in these matches before we can help.

Well, basicially, I'm trying to attack the opponents (I AM shielding and air dodging), yet they still attack me anyway, they keep attacking, but I'm still attacking them well too. They get to 110%. Then they kill me. Then randomly they do better, but I still attack them,(It happens less though) and they NEVER Die. No matter how far they get, they just stay on the stage, yet I die in seconds

Well, from your description, it sounds like you're being too predictable. Opponents are learning what you're doing, and how to counter you. You're still getting hits in, but not as frequently, and not hits that matter. Kills aren't happening for you. But on the opponent's side, they're learning how you do things, they're getting better at beating you. They get hit less, hit you more, and get kills.

Try patience. Don't rush to attack. Think about what you're doing, and try to change tactics during a match. Watch what your opponent does closely. Try to see any patterns that they have, and how to exploit them.

The problems that I can't think of it while playing.

I don't really know how to stop predictable. How do you stop being predictable?
I passed through this problem too... Just mix-up your attacks and approaching options. Giving my own situation as a example:
One of Kirby's best approaching options (maybe his best one) is his Down Air. So, I was using it very much, but so, so much it got stale and I became a predictable player. Then, I changed my approaching options to Neutral Air, Forward Air, and kept the Down Air. As a mix-up now, I am not Shield-grabbed that often.

by trying other options than what you are doing lol. watch videos of your character in tournament play, figure out who the best players of that character are and see if they have youtube channels, they may have guides. look up approach strategies, combos, followups, and techniques.

before that, even, it would do some good for you to look up videos teaching you the fundamentals and move forward from there. even if you think you have the basics down, you may learn something new, or learn to apply something in a new way.

This kind of thing takes time to get in for those not usually thinking about their fighting and adapting, TBH. However, a big step forward to help you is to understand thoroughly the very strength and use of this game's core fundamentals (offensive and defensive maneuvers) and the characters you are using. And indeed, one of the most important ways to this is patience.

This enables you to adapt much easier to the situation on hand, giving time to think in the fly how you can defeat the opponent you are facing. A good sign of this is the fact that around mastering this, the only people REALLY give you TROUBLE even playing are those who have mastered their character and the MUs with that said character. The difference can be quite staggering, especially some people who you can adapt to easier if they seem mostly average.

you need to only eavade a when you are being attaked and dont reapeat readable actions with attaks either mix up your moves so you aren't read like a book

Keep in mind that if you're predicting their moves and hitting them successfully, then they are forced to change their options/approach, and, in turn, so do you. It's a game of constantly adapting, and there is almost no way around that.
It's mentally exhausting sometimes lol. So take breaks!

Well all I can say is practice with lv 9 CPUs or even better lv 50 amiibos. It will help, but my way to tell If I'm online ready is by either 2 stocking the lv9 or dying one and taking little damage on it (the amiibos are just good practice the lv 50 can destroy you)
