Why are all pokémon names in FULL CAPS on the UK Dojo?!

It's incredibly annoying.

I also noticied how this change was brought with Jiggles' update only. They were never this way before.

that is very strange...i wouldnt have thought they would have done that just because in the old pokemon games the names are in block capitals. but i cant think of any other reason why they would do that.

Well, you will also notice all Sonic the Hedgehog trophies are in all caps in the game, while none of the others are.
