Whose a good character to port C. Falcon over?(Needs to have a good filesize limit)

the goku psa you have to wait alot long for he said he will do it after afew other PSAs
but you can try to port Falcon over lucario or ganon.

I know it's not gonna be for a while that's fine, it was just a question I'm not actually capable, and Mewtwo and ganondorf are too popular and iconic

It would be best to use one of these: Wario, Ness, Lucas, Ice Climbers, G&W, Olimar, ROB, Warioman, Jigglypuff

I probably should've put that in the OP, if any of those are possible it'd be good to know, though in the end it's not my decision I'm just looking for the knowledge

try olimar/G&W only them dont got any good hacks Lucas will there be a Kid goku PSA soon (i hope) since there is so many kid goku models over him or Geno over lucas also many Genos on him
and Ice Climbers got Mario bros. on one
Jiggypuff got tails (not now but i hope soon)
