Every protagonist needs an antagonist. The Baltimore Ravens have the Pittsburgh Steelers, The Shield have the Wyatt Family, for me... Falco has Captain Falcon.
Falco is my main, my Number One guy. But Captain Falcon is the opposite to that. Could it be that they're both Falcon based, and there is this split between the two? I don't know. Could it be because Captain Falcon isn't really a bird? Maybe...
I think it's because they are both good characters. They compliment each other so well. They both have speed and power. But I've noticed Falco has a lot of control in his movement where as Captain Falcon is all over the place, and that is where they begin to clash. Both Falco and Captain Falcon have a 50% of winning on any given day. It all depends on who plays better today.
Every time I face a Captain Falcon, it's always frustration, pain, and torture. Do I win? Of course I win, but it isn't easy and it isn't pretty. Beating Captain Falcon over another character makes me just a little bit happier. Do I lose? More than I should. Losing to Captain Falcon makes me feel like I want to give up. When you play with Captain Falcon, I'll make sure to play my heart out extra hard as Falco.
