Yes. I searched. Don't hurt me! D: I have noticed the Phoenix Wright series thread, but this is for the new Ace Attorney series, not the Phoenix Wright series.

I'm an avid Ace Attorney fanboy, so Apollo Justice is my most anticipated game, with the exception of Smash, of course.

I really liked the fifth case in the first game, with all the touch screen investigations and stuff, so I'm glad that'll be returning. If you played the first game, you'd know the detective work with Ema Skye you did, with the fingerprints and the luminoil. I'm guesing it will be pretty similar to that.

The music sounds really epic, and the animations and sprites are a lot better in my opinion, since it's the first Ace Attorney game built specifically for the DS.

I'm looking forward to the story with the new cast and see how Apollo does. Still, it'll be hard to get used to playing as Apollo instead of Phoenix. I'm especially look forward to seeing how Apollo interacts with the older Phoenix.

Btw, don't say "but that's for Phoenix Wright games! This is Apollo Justice, totally different!", Apollo Justice is part of the Phoenix Wright series so it still belongs in the thread provided.
So when the next Zelda game is announced I'll be stuck posting in the Twilight Princess or Phantom Hourglass threads...? Lighten up dude.

My brother has spoke very highly of the Phoenix Wright games, so I should really check these games out. Esspecially since I'm a big fan of smart writing.

Wow...I meant that if there is like a thread on a game series, any new games in the series should be discussed in that certain thread... :dizzy:

And yeah the Phoenix Wright games are excellent.

Even though they're not totally different, I beg to differ. The series is called "Ace Attorney", not Phoenix Wright. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney refers to the first three games where the protaganist is Phoenix Wright. So, Apollo Justice is part of the Ace Attorney series, not the Phoenix Wright series.

TAKE THAT!

I'm looking forward to it, as long as they don't return the "Make the vase match" thing to the series <_< That was so, so horrible... I ended up having to use a guide, and it still took me a good 5 minutes to get it to work. I didn't particularly enjoy the whole "Scientific investigation" thing, honestly, but I guess I'd be okay with it as long as the game is as good as the others.

Apparently Phoenix is accused of murder, he's the first case in the game, and I'm guessing, to avoid angry fans, Phoenix is going to be innocent.

I'm very excited and very worried at the same time.

Like most people, case 5 in the first game is my favorite case, and it was the only case made specifically for the DS. AA4 is the first AA game to be made for the DS, so this is exciting.

On the other hand, the best part about the AA series are the characters. Most of the characters I know and love are gone now. So really, it's all riding on these new characters.

Thank God Ema is back, though.

Heh. The SSBB delay will give me more time to finish this. >_> I hope we get to find out how Phoenix gets in the state he's in during this game. As far as I know, none of the old characters besides him are mentioned in the game, with the exception of Ema.
