Who Misses SW: Republic Commando?

Arguably the best FPS the Star Wars franchise has to offer (don't go all Jedi Outcast on me), and yet it has no sequel. The guns, the cast, even the script (ESPECIALLY THE SCRIPT) were amazing.

But it was just too short. Expecting a sequel, I waited. Nothing came. 4 years and nothing.

From my point of view, I preferred it over Halo and Metroid Prime. The gameplay (don't get me wrong) was just... more fun to me. I loved cherry tapping with the pistol. I loved getting in a Droideka's face and knifing it when it could do nothing. I loved how much win came out of Scorch's mouth. And the blood on your visor... amazing.

However, RC got no love from Lucasarts. KOTOR got a sequel. Jedi Outcast got a few. Empire at War got at least an expansion pack. I find it odd that RC, one of the best selling games of Star Wars, was incredibly short without a sequel.

So I have just one question: Do you miss RC? Or better yet, have you ever played it?

Personally I blame the pirates for the lack of Star Wars computer games nowadays.

I also blame the lack of pirates responsible for global warming.

This game was good, but if you want to mention a more sequel worthy game, then that would definitely be KOTOR. I have no clue whatsoever on why they decided to make an MMO out of it, instead of making a third one for the 360. Epic fail for one of the greatest RPG's (and best star wars series) of all time.

Republic Commando was the best game for the xbox by miles. I too, expected a sequel, but only in vain.

I actually never played KOTOR. I knew it was good, I've seen videos, but my computer was too slow to play it.
