Well, Fox is still the best character but even then he gets badly destroyed by chaingrabs and combos. So there really isn't anyone too op in this game.

The 3.0 Top Tiers, while still good, are not top tier anymore, the spacies are the best right now cuz they are the only ones who still have a stupid and janky gimmick

PM, especially with 3.5, is quite balanced, there is no direct OP character like there was in Brawl (and for the record Fox and Diddy are not SUPER op). If I were to pick a character who seems to me the best it would be Mewtwo since he has such a great kit for edge-guarding, approaching and recovering. However he is nowhere near a super OP beats everyone in every match up type of character since he like everyone else has faults.
