Who is the best Ice Climbers in Rhode Island? If there are any in Rhode Island.

So I didn't know if I should put this under character discussion or here but whatever. Anyways Rhode Island is a small state with little players compared to other state but who would you say is the best Ice climbers in Rhode Island? Because of its small size you would think it would be easy to look for people but it's really hard. I only know a few people and even then they haven't played melee that much. Which is why I ask the question of who is the best ice climbers in RI?
