Who is Tank?

I've been playing smash 3DS since 9/10 and i found my self with this player a few times already (on glory mode) he or she travels by the name of "tank" the thing is that you can't fight against him, it says that hes ready to battle but the match never starts. also errors don't show up. Wake up america, the people deserve to know!

I know of someone who goes by Tank... known to have an abysmal internet connection... not sure if that's who you're looking for, since it's been awhile since last I saw him.

I've had this happen to me before too. I dunno if it was "tank" though.
