Who has the best overall tech and get up stats?

Basically who would be the most difficult to tech chase overall?


I know most of the invidual characteristics like....
- Ganon has a very long tech roll
- Pichu and Pikachu have unique fast Neutral techs.
- The spacies are harder to TC because they have shines that JC, despite their mediocre tech/GU info.

We would also have to factor in what they can do afterwards as well, since that is pretty vital.

Well I recently read that even though Pichu's tech is only 2 frames, its range is so absolutely abysmal that Ice Climbers Dsmash covers all 7 of his tech options.

Falco feels like he could be the hardest. Shine + one of the longer tech/getup rolls.
