Who are the best players for each character in Brawl?

It's hard to say..... especially for the low-tier characters, since players who main these tend to not be as competetive as those maining top-tiers (myself included as a C.F main), due to the fact that their characters often are holding them back. In general I have trouble finding up to date matches with many of the low-tiers (but I may be looking in the wrong places!). Your best bet is to look at the brawl character discussion forum for each individual character and check the video thread.
