White controller R/L getting stuck.

Is there anyway of fixing this? It feels like as the buttons are getting stuck against the controller because of friction. Shouldi just grind it with wax or some****? Lmao.

My L button is like that.. I opened the controller and sanded down the area where the L button goes and that helped a bit but yeah, still very annoying. I'm mostly used to it by now and it only happens if I push down on the back part of the L button.
