Which pac files do I change?

I have been working on changing a lot of the English text textures to Korean text textures. I have been modifying the mu_menumain.pac in projectm/pf/menu2. But to modify the other things like character names and other stuff, would I modify the common5.pac in projectm/pf/system or common5.pac/mu_mainmenu.pac in projectm/full/ ? All of these files are from the homebrew 3.02. Thanks!
