You would need to have at least the frames of jumpsquat and one frame to get off the ground, another to airdodge into the ground, and I don't know how long landing is. I think it takes longer to go back to neutral with wavedash in place vs crouching.2 frames, actually. As soon as the dash / run input criterion isn’t met any longer, you go into RunBrake . As soon as you hold down, you transition to Squat . If your inputs are perfect, you spend only one frame in RunBrake and Squat each, for a total of two between Run and the run-cancel action.
15 frames Dash + 1 frame Run + 1 frame RunBrake + 1 frame Squat = 18 frames until you can fsmashDash dance>Crouch>Fsmash
