Which changes should be implemented for veteran characters?

Neutral B:Fire ball
Side B:Cappy trow(will possess fighters if stunned or shieldbroken.If used when enemy is active it will stun them.Damage is about 4 percent if hit once and residual damage per second if possesed(1 % per second).Same as the mario oddysey series it needs to hit a enemy once before being able to possess it.Basically i use side b while a fighter is running i will stun him or her and then trow cappy to possess.
Down B:Cape(just changed the position)
Up B:FLUDD jetpack.In mario sunshine the fludd is used as jetpack so it ll be mario flying with is fludd until it runs out of water.
Final smash:Mario Finale

DK
Neutral especial:CocoNUT gun
Side B:punch Burst rush(same as his final smash but weaker less lag pretty much like mii fighter side b...charges up and hits a punch rush
Down B:Same
UP B:Barrel jump:same as sonic up especial dk will create a flooting barrel in which he will jump and select wherever he wants to go by changing the direction with the taunt sticks.Downwards(imagine doing a suicide up b and dunking ToO mUcH ddiRsperct.)Right left or up(actually useful
FINAL SMASH :Dk bongo but creates shockwaves that hit the opponents.
