Which are the most specialist characters in the game?

Watching a Bowser guide made by @_Odds I noticed the term "specialist tech", or techs that are exclusive to a single or few characters. I wanted to ask the opinion of the people on which characters you guys think are most associated by this term and what exclusive techs do they posses?

Ice climbers. Desync followed by everything (though I don't play them so I don't actually know enough to talk).

DJC for the PSI duo and Yoshi, various shine techs for Spacies, FC for Peach and Mewtwo, not sure what else there is that isn't universal...

I guess Pikmin Slide/Dash (Side-B > Waveland) also counts? Probably not.

Meh not really. Diddy and Wolf can waveland after firing their short hopped projectiles as well.

Samus has a lot with every type of missile cancel, and SWD.

I feel like Samus should be in here solely from her legacy of the super wave dash. Oh and the fact her side taunt changes up her move-set quite a bit.

Squirtle, Lucario, ICs probably ask the most in terms of character specific tech. All characters have their own specific tech but very few are based around it.

Of all of the characters I know, I think ZSS is up there. There are sooooooooo many things that even other ZSS mains don't know. I should really make a guide. However, overall it's probably someone like squirtle, lucario or wolf, maybe ICs.
