Where's the menu?

So, I recently got project M and I have a problem. The main menu. It looks like the brawl main menu rather than Project M's menu. Please help.

its been a while since i was on the wii...

The homebrew broke it so i think i know the problem

I checked the character select menu. Zero suit Samus, Ivysaur, Squirtle, Charizard, and Sheik are all there. I have PM. A file is messed up.
