Where's hitstun in brawl box?/Bowser doesn't do Up-B when his size changes.

Does anybody know where to find the hitstun in brawl box? I'm having problems making my own hack, which it's an early start. Also, whenever I change Bowser's size, whenever I play as him, I do his Up-B in the air and he does a wierd glitch where he stays in the same movement either in the air or on the ground. Does anyone know how to fix that? I would appreciate your help.
