I'm trying to make this texture for Sonic.
It's from Sonic and the Secret Rings. I need to add a ring on one finger, and a flame on one side of his chest.
First of all, is it even possible to add an animated flame like that? If it is, what would that be called? Vertex? Model importing? Finally, where can I find a guide that would help me out with that. Is there anything else I should know? Is this way to difficult for someone with zero vertex hacking experience? I know how to use BrawlBox to edit textures, but that's as far as my character hacking experience goes. Thanks in advance for anyone who might be able to help.
