Smash Wii U Where to find music CDs?

Stupid question: where can I find the CDs which give new musics in the game?
I remember that in Brawl they used to appear randomly in every modality, and you had to pick them up. Now I'm finding them only as rewards in Crazy Hand fights...but can I pick them in other ways?

Your best option is playing Master Orders or Crazy Orders. However, some CDs can only be acquired by completing challenges.
