Where to find a NTSC SSBM game

Hi people. An friend of mine lives in China and usually works in France. He is a SSBM pro player but since a few months he hasn't be able to find a NTSC game for him to play (he has a NTSC gamecube). Not Amazon or Ebay can help him. What options does he have?

just ordering one from japan or the americas will be NTSC, almost 100% guaranteed

Get a wii or he can use Dolphin emulator and he can 20XX training pack iso and he can switch between ntsc and pal

Any other options? My friend is saying he not really want to import. I think buying an Wii its less expensive, tho
