Where is The most recent Brawl plus

I looked around diff sites and the forums but I cannot find the most recent brawl plus change list.

I just upgraded from when Plus went gold I notice the obvious like stage menus and actual stages but what are the changes over all I just need some one to direct me to a change list. Can anyone help please?

The character changelist isn't done for the current release.
