Was supposed to be available by the Friday after release iirc, but it seems they've run into an issue(s) or delay(s). Go to the IRC for assistance, someone there can help you get the files on your card without needing the installer; it's pretty easy actually.

You also have to unzip them, some people don't know how to do that and haven't thought to google a program to do it.

I didn't really need to unzip them... I just downloaded the hackless, wifi safe version, put my SD card into my computer, selected everything in the P:M file I downloaded, and dragged and dropped it into my SD card.

If you don't already, get winrar.
Right click the downloaded zip file and select "extract here."
Drag all of the extracted files into the root of your sd card (codes, private, background, gameconfig)

So let me get this strait:

1-I download the "Hackless Wii" version
2-I extract the files
3-I put all extracted files onto the root of the SD card
4-I put the SD card in my Wii and turn on SSBB
5-I go into "Custom stages"

Is that all?

You also have to delete any custom stages that are there already, before putting the SD card in.

I didn't need winrar.

What I did:

1. Insert SD card into laptop
2. Download: Hackless Wii, wifi safe
3. Drag and drop into SD card (SD card should be on side menu)
4. Leave laptop alone for like 30 minutes and bam, you have P:M demo 2.6

That's not really much to be disappointed in considering how ridiculously easy it is to just put Ballad of the Goddess back on your own.

Yeah, it's basically just drag and drop. There's also http://www.brawlcustommusic.com/ where you can search for already converted brstm files to add to the game.

So I just replace a music file in Project M. What about If I want to add another music file that wasn't already replaced.

Every song in Project M has an appropriate file name to use for the brstm in order to replace it. You can find the information about what you are replacing by checking here.
