Hey guys, I was wondering what stage(s) everyone warms up their tech skill on so I thought I would make a thread and ask you what stages you prefer to play on when you are getting ready to play at a tournament, and why you like to practice on those stages. Why does your 'practice' stage benefit your practice? Stages can be banned or legal since this is all personal preference.

For me, I love to practice on Onett.

The large variety of platforms makes Wavedashing and Wavelanding practice easy and fun and the cars that drive by help me test my quick reflexes and ability to powershield. Though there is not a lot of ledges, there are two on the left house where I can practice one options off the ledge. The music, a remix of Field 2 from MOTHER is also a bonus to the stage.

Whether it be banned or not, what stages do you all play on to warm up?

I like Pokemon Stadium because I usually set time limit to infinity and just leave the game running. Pokemon Stadium has a decently dark background (which is nice at night) and transformations make it into several stages with various things to practice.

I used to not have a save with FD on it so I was forced to play on Stadium. I like FD more though just because it's so big I can do lots of wavedashing; can't waveland though :/
