Where do you get those tiny character pictures?

Sorry if this isn't the place to ask.

I was wondering where everyone gets those tiny rectangular pictures of characters that have "SSBB" and the character name in the box? Do you know what I'm talking about?

Everyone has them in their signatures...

2. Save image as
3. Choose place to save it
4. ???
5. PROFIT!

I read on another thread there was a whole page of them somewhere but there was no link...

Pople either make them, or get someone in the Artwork emporium to make them.
