By default, your computer wont read .brstm files, so they're displayed like that. To import custom music, go to http://www.brawlcustommusic.com/gamelist and download a brstm. Once obtained, rename the file so that it corresponds with a stage slot.
I've included the tracklist in my post.

Exact dl link for what? A BRSTM file? Or the tracklist?

You seem to be confused on how adding music works, so I'll reexplain. Brawl requires BRSTM files, which are like mp3 files for the wii. To obtain a brstm file, you have 2 options:
1. Convert an audio file to BRSTM yourself. (Look it up)
2. Go to http://www.brawlcustommusic.com/gamelist This is a website for BRSTMs. Simply choose the game you want (say sonic adventure) and download the BRSTM of the song you want (say Speed Highway).

Once you've obtained a BRSTM, you must place it inside "projectm>pf>sound>strm" with the correct file name (A11, B08, U13, etc.)
The name of the file corresponds to a song slot in the game such as X04 being the song "Battlefield" or T01 being "Credits (Super Smash Bros.)"
Look at my previous post for the project M tracklist.

When you rename the brtsm of the song you are replacing it will override the default song (which is in brawl itself). All you need is the title of the song that's in the game (i.e. X04) and when you name your custom brtsm X04 it will override the song that is in brawl. You cannot simply access those files because they are in the game, and what you are looking at is what is in Project M. The "partial list" in your picture are custom songs the PMBR chose to use to override ones in brawl. They didn't put in all new songs in Project M, they only put in a couple new ones, thus the partial list.

You still seem to misunderstand. The only reason why you're seeing those few .BRSTMs in your strm folder, is because those are the songs that were replaced in the default Project M package. Everything else is the default Brawl music.
To replace said default music, you'd have to ADD YOUR OWN BRSTMS TO THE FOLDER, THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR YOU (just trying to stress this part, no offense).

In this case, you'd have to follow the steps Y-L and I provided in our previous post.
