Where can I download all the Brawl character Texture Packs?

I am interested in making my own brawl character textures, but I can't find a link to download the original texture files from anywhere. The files I am interested in look like "Fit[character]##.pac. Does anyone know where I can download these original files from?

Is there really no one who can give me a link where I can download all the fit[character]##.pac files for brawl? I really want to create my own texture, but no one has given me these files yet.
