Are there any retro gaming shops in Chicago that carry this game? How much would you guess it's going for?

Craigslist is looking too expensive, so my last resort would be ebay. I would prefer to buy it in person though.

According to some sites (call the stores though,) these guys might sell it:
People Play Games
Video Games Then and Now

I know there are some 64 players from chicago so maybe they can post here but otherwise, these seem to be the best bet

yeah, these are kinda rare, you might just have to sack up and craigslist that ****

If you can find flea markets maybe there's one for cheap there. Or maybe you have a dumb friend who doesn't know how much it's worth. But other than that I don't know

the "local gameshops" that would sell this are called PLAY AND TRADE (or Play -n- Trade don't remember exactly)

google them and call the closest ones to you before even going to see if they have them

you can also try your luck at FLEA MARKETS, ones that are in/close to chicago are called "SWAP-O-RAMA" google that name too, these are flea markets and you never know what you're going to get

GOOD LUCK and you should come play console with us on the southside tomorrow if interested and it's not too hard to come by

I live in Canada and from 2000-2010 I found SSB carts fairly frequently. Now in 2012-2013 N64 stuff is incredibly HARD to find. Even just a controller, and getting it cheap is probably not going to happen unless it's the just the power supply :p. Your best bet is ebay, or Amazon. I must warn you they are expensive now looking at around $40 min. Just for the Cartridge. Even beat up copies reach around $30+. Good luck.

P.S: Check Pawn stores to. But expect to pay more then ebay or amazon. Also Ebay is safe to buy stuff. It's not like the person can take your money and walk away.

Do you still exist in chicago? It would be nice if you could come play console with me and some buddies.
