When will Homebrew work with 4.3?

I don't claim to know anything about this, but what's stopping them from changing the Homebrew Channel ID so people can install it w/ game-specific exploits until they figure out a new way?

I'm going to assume that Nintendo was smart and made it so it removes it depending on the coding and not just the channel ID, and that they somehow found a way to stop in-game exploits (unless Indiana Pwns still works).
