i was wondering if the stat buffs from equipment are factored into the game when playing local?

i like the idea of custom moves but would still rather the stats stay defaulted.

The stat boosts are factored in if you want to play with customs you have to make sure you just have on specials and no equipment.

Enforce it amongst who you're playing with. There's no way to split the two unfortunately.
