After playing Kirby and Olimar, I have to say that Kirby's power when he copies Olimar is very disappointing. Olimar is so good since his Pikmin are disjointed hitboxes and they can do some really cool stuff. All Kirby gets is a laggy projectile that you have to be on the ground to use. I didn't run into many abilities really worth copying when I played. Falco's laser is good, and some of the better, more damaging neutral B attacks like Charizard's fire breath have their uses too, but for the most part, copy should still be avoided.

I always wanted Kirby to steal the ability^^
Too good? Not really since Kirby has been underused and worthless, just to say a few words, for years.
