Note:
During testing I realized Stickied and Unstickied C4 (unless airborne opponent) does not change the grounded KO %.

Important Note:
These %'s are based off perfect conditions. Those conditions are:

• Your C4/Mine is not STALE AT ALL
• Your Opponent has horrid DI (or doesn't DI at all)
• Your playing on Final Destination
• You and your Opponent are Grounded (on the ground)

With that in mind, please note these will not always be exact for you. To get a better estimate, add roughly 20% to each of these %'s.

Yea, pretty much. the reason why is because CPU's will airdodge/jump/DI a tiny bit and totally screw with results.

Having it be on control and letting the controller sit there negates those chances.

Because trajectory is straight up, anywhere on FD works so long as they aren't KO'd off the sides.

Nah, my sisters don't really care what happens to the disc, so they just leave it out to collect dust whenever I leave it in the Wii >_< Thanks btw.

Edit: Maybe I'm doing it wrong, because I keep getting Mario at 119%. Good thing I only did 5. What I'm doing is going to the start setting it to control, than I'm setting the percent under it. Than setting a non charged Mine and have them walk into it. I'm new to this so if I'm doing anything wrong please tell me.
