What's wrong with my "Weak Bob-ombs" code?

So I have this:

Weak Bob-ombs
4A000000 91037FE0
0400003C 00000001
E0000000 80008000

I got it from following a common3.pac injection tutorial here. (Somehow I completely forgot that thread. Dunno how.)

Anyway, this isn't working. Bob-ombs are still doing 35 damage instead of only 1. I've double checked every line, and am 90% sure this code followed the tutorial exactly (Bob-ombs are covered by ItmBombheiParam, correct?) but at the moment, all results are negative. Help, please?
