Whats up with the Falcon breed the last 2 days...

I get tired of playing smash online. Not because it isn't fun but I always get falcon players. Its not that I can't beat them but 6 out of the last 10 players I found started and as cpt. falcon and never changed... This is going for days. am I having just bad luck or is falcon a new hype character?
