Hows it going? I have just recently joined smashboards and I am extremely excited to be in the Smash community!
I am recently new to competitive Smash, Having discovered the scene during the summer of 2014. One of my best friends showed me footage of a melee tournament, I almost immediately said to myself: "I want to become a competitive Smash Bros. player.
During that year, I started practicing with that same friend, and now, we are pretty decent at the game (but we still are scrubs). My only wish is to get even better.
I am very interested in the tournament scene, and I hope to start participating in these tournaments near the end of 2015. I have already won two Smash Wii U tournaments, but I don't consider them legit tournaments since I was one of the few people in them who knew about competitive Smash.
So, that basically sums everything up. Sorry about the long post, and I hope I can find my place in the Smash Community.
