What's the difference between Fit*character*.pac and Fit*character*00.pac?

Is the first one for like movement and attack mods and the second for textures or something? :dizzy:

Fitcharacter.pac is the attacks
FitcharactemotionEtc.pac is the animations
FitCharacter00.pac is the texture for single player modes
Fitcharacter00.pcs is for group modes
