What's the best way to organize notes?

The simplest way is to take a paper notebook and to take notes. In general, a note taking format such as outlining and chaptering sections of your notebook would be very useful.
If you want to get more advanced, either OneDrive or GoogleDocs are strong programs for the needs you ware searching for.
These not only allow for personal note collection, but also provide the ability to share said information rapidly and safely.
In honesty, this would be no different than note taking at any office style job.
Discord chat system is also being shown to be very useful.
