Whats the best way to make a website/forum? t-shirts to

Title really says it all. whats the best way to create a website/forum. I know that theres many different websites out there that allow you to make forums and such, and hold a website, but the thing is i want the website name and the site as a whole to belong to me and not some random company, make sense?

Kinda random, but im also gonna be making t-shirts, so is zazzle a good site to use? agian, i want to maintain control of the t-shirt and the trademark stuff. so like, if my t-shirts take off like those "life is good" ones (just an example) i don't want the website replicating my work.

any guidance will be appreciated.

use bluehost.com, register for a site, and it will have a phpBB module you can install for free.

I've done it that way like 3 times.
