Hey guys. I noticed that my laptop has very bad input lag. The actual game runs very smoothly but because of the screen it feels really delayed compared to the crt. It's a macbook pro btw.

Anyone know what the optimal melee laptop is? It would need to be have a lag free screen.

I personally find that if you can go for a desktop then do so. Ideally a monitor with a 1ms response time and a refresh rate of 144hz. The problem with laptops is that the monitor response time isn't usually given and the refresh rate usually isn't given either. Good desktops are also usually cheaper than good laptops. It also depends of what your budget is. On anything less than $700 you're going to have a difficult time finding what you're looking for.

I already have a good desktop and a monitor that is close to play free, I was just wondering if anyone knew of a laptop brand that doesn't have screen lag.
