I wasn't sure where to put this, but since this DOES have quite a bit to do with SSBB, I'm posting it here. If this belongs somewhere else, then please say so and I'll repost and ask for this to be closed.
Okay. So I need a new TV pretty badly. My current TV (the gaming one in my room, not the family one that I can't use nor do I want to) is so old, it has FREAKING DIALS. Like, I have to turn knobs to change settings. There is no TV menu (so I can't demagnetize it, which sucks), part of it is made of FAKE WOOD, one of the inputs flickers gray a lot, the other sometimes blurs and resharpens, etc. I think you get the idea.
Anyways, Iwant need a new TV. I'm thinking 32" widescreen with 720p. The price isn't that much of an issue (Newegg is THE **** when it comes to pricing...I found pretty good ones for a few hundered bucks). The problem is what kind of TV to get. Plasma? I heard bad things. LCD? I heard of anti-aliasing issues with the Wii (though I'm considering a 360 sometime in the future, Wii is primary). DLP? Front projection? Back projection? BRAND?
