I was digging around quite a bit today and I can't find anything on the copyright of vg(videogame):music being used in a (youtube) video. I wanted to create a montage before the next Smash patch goes live and this seems to be the only thing holding me back. What music can I use? Is older vg music okay to use?

Should I be posting here on this topic? I dug around for a better place, but ended up short handed.
