The Wii U features Off-TV play though, so even when the tv is being used you can still play Smash on the gamepad.Primarily Wii U, 3DS for trips and such. If the tv is being used, I'll play on my 3DS as well.
Thats how I mostly play all my games that don't require motion controls... It would be amazing if nintendo got the gamepad to be portable...The Wii U features Off-TV play though, so even when the tv is being used you can still play Smash on the gamepad.![]()
