What to do if my opponent vectors forward off of down throw?

So, I've been told that down throw is a really good move, and it is. The follow up possibilities are endless, except when my opponent vectors forward. When that happens I feel like its impossible to follow up with anything more then a fair or up air (assuming their at low percent). Any help please?

if its low percents you can dash attack>followup, if its mid percents you just run forward and grounded shuttle loop. Usmash should still work even if they vi forward though

I'd go with U-Smash like Itol said, I usually try and do that as my first D-Throw combo anyway at low percents like 0%
