Let's see:
1. DI his u-smashes and u-airs better, you were getting killed at around 90-110 percent.
2. Stop charging at him, it doesn't matter if he's spamming lasers at you; Marth is just not supposed to be aggressive against a good Fox.
3. No aerials into his shield, lest you get u-throw uair *****.
4. Roll less, this guy's good at roll-chasing.

That's all I can tell from that video, there might be other things.

Space the fair as to not get shield grabbed.

Try to find a use for utilt I think you only used one in the match. Fox is easily juggled by tipped utilt not to mention it sets up for fsmash and fairs.

If you do charge a fox try WD back and then fowards again for a grab or something instead of just jumping and using aerials and wavesmashing might be something to consider.

This is just my preference but when someone is near me I like to shieldhop a shuffled nair or dair instead of rolling.
