What should happen on Dec. 3rd

I know people have already said this but what if there was a demo release on December 3rd? I mean it would be a nice reward for making us hear the words "Febuary Tenth." If there was a demo it should only have 3 characters, one stage, limited items, and 2 minute matches. I mean it's a demo it's not suppose to be the real game. It's only suppose to get you hyped about the real game.

If there isn't a demo I would like to see the original Smash Bros. released on Virtual Console. December 3rd lands on a Monday so I mean it would work out really well.

I highly doubt there will be a demo but the Virtual Console release would be nice.

I think Smash64 on VC would be a great apology for the delay, especially for those of us who have never played that version or for those who lost our copy of the game. You're right, the Monday timing makes it perfect, I'm all for it. But we can only hope.

But I don't think it should be like the one we saw on the videos becuase then you would be getting way too much for a demo. Like I said before a demo is only to hype you for the real game.

Well it's basically like getting the game with how much crap they had that demo. A demo should not have that much stuff in it. Yes, it is suppose to be boring because all demos get old fast. I mean a lot of people probably wouldn't even buy the real game because they would think the demo is good enough. A demo usually only has like two characters and a stage (well most fighting demos I've played).

Yes I have the original Smash Bros. on 64 too but I mean playing it with a Gamecube controller is definitly better than a crap 64 controller.

I'd really, really dig a demo, even with limits to 2 minute, item-on matches. Messing with the characters would be a lot of fun. It would certainly be fun to pick up and mess with every now and then.

Although, it would make Melee kinda awkward...heh.

Heh, reminds me of Tekken 3 on my old PS1 demo disc...only two characters, though there were computers who could be characters you couldn't, which was real real lame. I loved it though

Smash64 on VC would be pretty ace, BTW. Also, I'd love to see a "Brawl Countdown" on the Virtual Console where each week you get a game starring the characters that are in the game. (Especially with some of the lesser-known/obscure/Japan-only characters)

I think that if they were to release any kind of demo, it should only last for like 5 days. That way they wouldn't have to worry about people playing the demo over and over again which I think they don't want that.

That demo would be on Dec. 3rd

or

on Dec 3rd they should at least release the brawl channel like metroid corruption did.
