I must set up some rules for what characters you can choose and what you can not.
Rule #1: The characters must have some connections to Universal. It doesn't have to just be a character owned by Universal, it can also be characters who just had a big part of Universal's history. It can be a character from a franchise in which Universal was involved with at least two or three releases (Scott Pilgrim for example had a movie and the new anime, and both of those were made by Universal. King Kong been in one movie and a theme park ride, and both of those were made by Universal.), it can even be a character from a franchise that had a big part at the parks (Like Harry Potter or Transformers). But don't bring up the Hulk please, he's owned by Disney.
Rule #2: The character must be able to fight and must fit the fighting tone, some characters either don't fight because they can't or are not really characters who can thrown a punch and fighting doesn't fit their tone.
Rule #3: The character must be able to walk, so no Bruce the Shark.
Rule #4: The character must have some variety in their fighting skills, personally, and animations.
Rule #5: This is optional, but I think you should explain your pick, how good they are, how important they are, how they can fight, and what variety do they have both as a fighter and as a character.
