It was just drawn on Adobe Illustrator CS, it's a perfect program for.. well...illustrating things like this

The vectoring in Illustrator is a godsend!

You outdid yourself Pwny, I knew you did digital works but I diddnt know you dabbled in drawings as well.

And I always thought PK (Special) was a radial PSI. Then again a fanned effect could work too.
